I don't get grounded. Not only because I'm African, and my family doesn't really practice "grounding". But also because I'm a goody two-shoes who listens to her parents and doesn't get grounded. BUT... I was grounded a while back because of my brother. He failed his exams so we were both automatically punished, it was ridiculous.
It's been so long since I have even thought of this but I don 't really think I've ever had been grounded as a teenager. I was nothing like my sister was, she was the one who partied on weekends, stayed out late, drank constantly, talked back to my mom, never talked back to my dad(your looking for a death wish if toi did that), she was a horrible teenager, who was never grounded cause toi could not ground my sister. Yeah, I was never grounded, my parents wanted to, I know they did but I don't think they ever did. I was usually the good kid anyways, I did what my parents asked except I hung out with a girl who was not a really good person, good riddance to her. Anyways, no grounding.
I've done wrong, I won't deny it. But I've never been grounded, because I don't ever leave accueil anyway. Worst punishment I ever got was when my parents found out I'd stolen something around 40 sodas from our fridge, I had to pay them $20 for it. And that was 2 1/2 years ago.
