Help I'm scared

I'm walking accueil and there is someone following me. It is getting dark, I live a mile away and I don't have my phone. I'm using the neighboring hot spots to ask this and my iPod won't let me text anyone to ask for help. This person has been following me since I left. Should I run, ou just keep walking? They keep getting closer. So please help me, I don't want to have to relive what happened when I was little.

Find a public place/police station/someone's house and get inside away from them. Do toi have money? toi could get on a bus ou ask to borrow someone's phone so toi can call a taxi.

go to a public place, lots of people, tell someone who looks in charge that someone is following you, hopefully they will call the police ou go deal with them, ask to borrow someone's phone to call your folks to come pick toi up if they have a car
