I need help sleeping!! D:

I can't sleep AT. ALL. I need help! What are some techniques for me so I can go to sleep naturally? Also best answer gets 5 props.

Well I don't think it's just cheese, i think just dairy in general can help toi sleep. So milk, yogurt, ect.

toi tense, hold it tensed up for about five-ten seconds, then relax. It helps toi concentrate on relaxing all of your muscles, as some are tense without toi even knowing; it's kind of like a check-over, gets toi to relax very completely.

1. Get up early in the morning. You'll be a bit tired when toi go to bed, which should help.
2. Make sure toi don't have to pee. If toi have to pee, there's no way you'll get to sleep, and getting up never helps toi sleep. Use the bathroom before toi get in bed.
3. Drink a cup of warm lait before toi go to bed. Helps toi feel sleepy.
4. Drink some water, too. If your thirsty, toi can't sleep. DO NOT keep the water par your bed! If toi do that, toi may find yourself sitting up to drink, and the plus toi déplacer around, the longer it will take.
5. Find a comfortable position and stick with it. Unless the comfortable position stops being comfortable, don't déplacer around. If toi move, all the sleepiness you've gathered will go and toi have to start over.
6. Make sure everything is done before toi go to bed, like homework and studying. Also, write down your worries in a diary ou something. It gets the worry out and helps toi sleep.
Hope that helps toi as much as it helped me! :P

PS: okay, listening to relaxing musique might help you, I don't know. But if you're anything like me, get it completely quiet. If toi have pets, make sure that they're fed and there's no way for them to get in your room. Try to make sure they're inside, (unless they're outdoor cats) because otherwise they might wake toi up wanting to get in. I would also recommend closing your door.
