Being treated like a kid. Ever since the jour I've been let go, I've decided to give up most of my childhood. For the past 15 years, I've been treated and jouer la comédie like a kid. When I was with my old respite provider, I had a lot of fun till I was in Jr. High. Then I figured I didn't like to go but I didn't know how to say it without breaking her heart. She'll never see me as anything... but a typical kid. I wanted to be like this because I was jealous. I don't want to just be treated like a kid at accueil and an adult out in public ou at work. I even wished I could go to lit without being told. I just wished there is an easy way to be in adult freedom. I would often head to the nurse during my Jr. High & High school years so that I could go accueil and rest, which is one of the reasons why I didn't want to go to my respite. One of the other reasons is I ran things par her; I would often do what she does ou go to places I didn't want to go. All I wanted plus than anything is to have my freedom and independence and never end up in a group home...ever. If I end up in a group home, I would lose everything and I would give up my friends, my infatuation with my idol Kevin Kline, my fame, etc. And I wouldn't be able to go on such trips like to Denver ou Phoenix ou even travel half across the world. The only trips I would be going were Special Olympic trips. I wanted to have the adult behavior but at the same time I didn't.
