A black man saying that it's okay for black men to rendez-vous amoureux, date outside the race, but it's bizarre for black women (especially the "tens") to do so because black women are fiery, wild-minded women that no men of other races (especially "effeminate" white men) can't control (you know, control as in dominate and make a pet).
