Most preverted montrer there is in history?

Kimba the White Lion. It's a montrer about a white lion cub forcing other animaux to become vegetarians. The montrer portrays the other carnivores as 'villains.' Kimba is rude, bossy, and selfish. The montrer just doesn't make sense to me at all.

Ikki Tousen is pretty perverted but there's tons of shows that would qualify for that title.
