Why does "new and improved" always end up "expensive and crappy"?

That's not true. It depends on an individual's opinion.

Indoor toilets were once "New and Improved" products.

It depends on how someone feels. That's not always true, toi know. Some people think the new ones are better, some think the opposite. It just depends on who toi are and what your style is.

Because people still buy it.
