For all DeviantART members......

Do toi have to upgrade your account to make stamps ou something like that? I just joined yesterday (yes I'm slow T-T) and I was wondering how toi make stamps. Is it because toi make a group ou something? Please help me!

toi can just take a stamp template like link and then open it up in photoshop ou gimp ou whatever toi have and add your text ou something
