Of course they do! It's not because you're famous that toi can't be a fan someone else! Here's an example: the le batteur, batteur of Styx is a fan of Breaking Bad and RJ Mitte who stars in Breaking Bad went to see Styx in concert because he's a fan of Styx... :D
