To be honest, most peeps don't tell their parents if they're not virgins anymore, It's just not the kind of thing we do...

BUT, if in your case toi need to, and toi have a really important reason why, toi could go to a clinic first where they'll treat toi as anonymous and help toi get emergency contraception ou find a way of telling your parents without them intruding on the situation. There are loads of places teens can get help about that sort of thing, so don't worry. I don't know how old toi are but there are lots of options.

If the reason toi need to tell your parents is because of something that needs to be dealt with quickly like if toi didn't use a condom ou it divisé, split ou something, ou because toi were raped, then toi should definitely go to a teen sexual health help clinic ou tell one of your parents (recommend your mom)

If toi just feel toi should tell her because toi had sex, then that's not really the kind of thing I'd do, but toi could still have a quiet word with your Mom- starting the sentence par saying toi need to talk to her about a serious matter and you'd appreciate her to try to understand and be respectful towards you. It may be a shock to her because you're her daughter and she probably still sees toi as her baby, but I know she'll understand and she will actually appreciate it that toi trust her enough to confide in her.

Alternatively, toi could tell an older sister ou toi best friend, if you'd be plus comfortable with that. Personally, if I were to tell anyone it would be my best friend.

Why do toi need to tell them...are toi pregnant? Not to sound rude but that's not usually something toi tell your parents, especially not if you're at an age that was probably too young to be sexually active.
