@2dolphin toi made a mistake. A transvestite is someone who crossdresses. A TRANSEXUAL is someone who changes sex.

That's weird, but I'm going to say that it depends: if they truly believe that they are their new gender, then they go to the bathroom for their new gender. But if they are too uncomfortable with the bathroom change too soon, then they'd continue to go to the same bathroom they went to before the big change. :-p
