Hetalia is a manga and animé series that stereotypes each country and makes that sereotype there "superpower" they attend world meetings and ineract with each other but they dont get to rule the countries, they have 'bosses' that are the rulers of the country and the superpowers represent the country and the wishes of their bosses

Hetalia is an animé that personifies almost every country in the world (not those in Africa and south America) as a cute girl ou guy that make toi want to hug landmasses. the characters are mainly the countries stereotypes, but thats the whole point really. the storyline mainly follows the countries that were the allies and axis powers in WWII, Germany, Italy, japan, America, England, France, china, and Russia. there are a whole lot plus other countries as well, such as Switzerland, Canada, Cuba, Taiwan, Australia, Romania, Poland, etc., as well as micro nations such as Sealand, and former empires like Prussia and the holy roman empire and ancient Rome. seasons 1 and 2 are titled "hetalia axis powers" (which is mainly just the WWII plot) seasons 3 and 4 are "hetalia world series" and season 5, wic came out at the beginning of 2013, is "hetalia the beautiful world". seasons 3,4 and 5 follow history from times other than WWII. even history from present day. some of the content of the montrer is mildly inappropriate, but despite that a lot of Hetalia fans are pre-teenagers.
