Okay, this aléatoire question makes no sense at all....

If people wear bikinis and swim trunks in public, why is it considered "Inappropriate" to wear their underwear in public?

Because toi usually don't swim in your underwear...and there's a lot of places it would be inappropriate to wear swimwear too...off the haut, retour au début of my head, church for example.
