I need your help!

When I try typing Twitter.com ou Tumblr.com, the webpage goes blank. I mean like totally white blank page and on the address, it changes to "about:blank" and when I try googling Twitter ou Tumblr, then I click the first link, it does the same.

But when I try other websites, it works. I think my Mom blocked these websites...

Do u know a solution?
