For "slept like a baby": Because they sleep peaceful

For 'a deaf person': Technically no because....unless the judge speaks sign language....

For 'pepsi/coke thing': I think not

If you're drinking it in your uniform and someone from the company sees you, I think I've heard that they can. ou at least it's that way of toi drink coca and work in a Pepsi factory, but I'm not sure about drinking Pepsi and working in a coca factory... But considering that coca and Pepsi are buisness rivals for all eternity, I would imagine so.
