How do toi quit a spot?

I accidentally joined a spot, but when I tried to quit, I couldn't find a way to.
Can someone help me? I seriously do NOT want to be a "TDI's Katie and Sadie" fan forever!

ok click profil at the haut, retour au début of the page. then once it is there go too your spots. at the bottom right hand corner of the box it says plus spots click that. then there will be a liste of your spots and find the spot toi want too quit and underneth the icone in red it says unsubscibe. click that then there will be a question it says do toi want too unsubscibe too this spot click yes, and toi are off that spot ou in other words toi are no thonger joined too that spot.
