My crazy-bitch mom a volé, étole all my things at the end of May. How do i get my stuff back?


I know material things have little value, but i kind of miss my livres and every other nice thing that my stepdad got for me over the years.
4 months ago, she packed up all of my stuff and took it to her cramped apartment. On her facebook, she a dit she payed for our stuff (lie) so tough shit if they want it back.
Isn't there some legal action i could take? Isn't stealing another person's stuff against the law?

A close relative that's over eighteen might be able to deal with it in court, though.

And I couldn't believe that toi wanted to find a legal action! Sounds like she is not your mom, but an enemy.

Listen, the wise thing toi should do is to bring your memory back around, and try to remember what mistake toi committed. toi can't find a certain mistake, then go to your mom, and talk to her, just in the case of knowing what happened made her do such a thing. Taking into account that the speech should be reasonable and acceptable. Trust me, she won't let toi down if she loves toi and knew what she did, and why.

-You should gain the respect and the satisfaction from your mom. Don't blame her about stuff without knowing the reasons.
l’amour her, loves toi back. Treat her nicely, treats toi nicely back. Though, if toi once forgot her, she would never do so. And still loves toi till the end.

Heres the thing. My mom is a drug addict. She slapped a protection order on my stepdad, a volé, étole allot of his things and all of me and my sister's stuff, and moved to an apartment above a bar. She has been drinking and drugging all my life instead of taking care of us. Your saying it's MY fault that my mom a volé, étole from us and banished me from my house for four monthes?

Lady, she knows what she's talking about, How do i know? That's my mom too, and unlike my sister i've been off traveling since the bullshit protection order happened. I'm guessing you're life hasn't been too bad, maybe a few things here and there, but not like ours. toi try being raised par a whore who only cared about using a man for all he had and where she was going to get drugs from next. She even took the keys to my stepdad's antique cars out of spite. Affter all he's done for her, and us. She's a selfish chienne who wants to be the victim, like all addicts. Don't act like there's some reconcillation to be done, she will never change. To her we're just someone else to use, she gets our child support, tanf, toi name it. Don't try blaming my sister for any of this shit, and don't act like toi know what you're talking about. At least everyone else here wasn't a rude snob about it.

Have toi ever heard of a 15 an old committing his 40 an old mother? Everyone is always so sympathetic towards her. She's never been to jail in spite of all the crimes she's committed because she plays the victim and manipulates people and the system. I'm afraid i'll never get those things back and i'll have to deal with her until she dies.

My dad a volé, étole my diary to collect "evidence" in order to prove my mom as an irresponsible and hard person to deal with in their upcoming divorce. He doesn't wanna pay for any of her expenses after the divorce and wants to take custody, after sleeping around with prostitutes and giving the whole family oral herpes. He's not any better than your mom and I hate him SO much I don't think its healthy. :/
