i hate ....GIRLS ONLY QUESTION?

i hate periods. i just got mine again yesterday, and its really, really, heavy. not to be disgusting ou anything, but i can literally feel the blood coming out onto the pad and its driving me insane!! i have to switch pads almost every 2 hours. the bad thing is i have a dance intensive this week for 7 hours a jour monday-saturday. we only get one break, and thats lunch break. how do i dance with a heavy period??? my parents wont let me use tampons because they think i could get sick from them (like the toxic shock syndrome)the only think i can use is pads. is there any way i can lighten my flow ou do something to make sure i dont leak when i jump ou something?? thanks sooo much(: oh and im 12.

What I'll do is I'll carry some toilet paper with me so that way I don't worry about leaking on the saddle. It works because I ride for like 6 hrs a jour and that includes tacking and grooming the horse and un tacking and putting the horse back in the stahl.

oh god I was sitting in class and I was like what the heck is running down my leg since I was wearing shorts. I thought my leg was bledding but turns out no. It was like "HAPPY BIRTHDAY LUV MOTHER NATURE!"

well feel sorry for toi i remember i had to play gym and my stomach was hurting badly and my period was on we had to run and my Friends were laughing at me. to haut, retour au début it off it looked like i had a dick, because the pad was extra big, it was the nurses pad, i was sopose the pay her but i never did.

ask whoever set up yur dance if yu cld get plus breaks..if they say no , after yur dancing go to them privately after dance class ou whatever it is annd tell them abt yur period

My period were less heavy when I started taking them and the pain's not that bad anymore. toi don't get sick of tampons. toi might if toi keep them in there too long. toi and your parents should talk to a doctor who can fill toi in about this subject. And only one break? I'm sure you'll be allowed to use the bathroom. What if someone has to pee? They're gonna let it go?

Yeah and toi don't have to have sex to take the pills. A lot of women takes them because of their heavy periods .
