If toi click on "my showcase" it gives toi all your cap, plus some that toi havent got yet. toi then click on the shooting étoile, star one and it will tell toi how to get it.
I never done that though i just got mine, so now it doesnt tell me HOW to get it.

if that doesn't work go onto any profil with a shooting étoile, star casquette, cap ans click ont it, it should than tell toi how to get it!
