what don't toi understand about girls? (ladies, this one is only for guys. yours is out there, too)

i don't understand why most girls are tomboys, flirty, they wear short skirts, shorts and dresses these days, too. i have ALOT of female friends, and most are different from the others. but i still don't understand their chick things.
