How am I possibly going to make things better?

I understand that I should just get over it, but I can not. She means the world to me and I l’amour her (like family). I totally messed up and I'm hoping she isn't questioning our sisterhood. What can I possibly do to make things better? I was being so immature and I was overracting!

... I still feel terrible. plus terrible than toi will ever know.

I really crave for advice.
