Point is, the country (whether Canada ou America) isn't paying for his hair. His people pay for the hair, and they're paid par higher ups. It's not like he gets his hair cut for free.

^Well, yeah, you're right. I just find it ridiculous that célébrités get so much money and spend it on such pointless things, while my family is broke and needs a lot of it.
