aléatoire Question

Anybody got any techniques on how to not let grief consume your life?

This is a serious question (so no réponses like just forget it) my aunt is dying and I keep switching between either feeling numb inside ou crying in my classes, I don't know what to do about it. (In case you're wondering, yes this is the aunt that I talked about making a card for a couple of weeks ago.)

Honestly, toi need God in your life. Therapy ou counceling will help. Maybe even if toi talk to family members. But toi need God. He's the one that can take away your pain, and allow it to never come back ou steal your joy. God is the answer, and the way.

It doesn't have to be big things.

If drawing makes toi happy, even just for a little bit, then draw!

If dancing makes toi happy, then dance.

It doesn't have to be big things, but toi gotta put all your focus of the little things that make toi feel better.

I am so sorry about your aunt, par the way.

I hope things get better for toi and your family.
