-Press the "Print Screen" key, on the haut, retour au début right corner of your keyboard. Open the paint program, ou bitmap image ou whatever, then copy and paste it with Ctrl + v.

The way I do it is par pressing ctrl(just below shift key) and print screen at the same time. Then I open it up in an image manipulation program, press "paste", and save as either a .jpg .png ou .gif file. I would suggest .jpg ou .png over .gif though.
