In your head, thoughts of everything that could go wrong are rushing through your head. toi check your makeup a million times in the mirror. But there's this little smile on your face, because now you're growing up. Now you're going to go out somewhere with a boy, just the two of you. It's kinda like a whole new part of your life has begun.
*sigh* To l’amour and to be loved is the highest high in the world. (Except, of course, for heroin. =P) But it's amazing and unbelievable. It's giggling whenever he sends toi a flirty text message, it's holding his hand in the school hallways for everyone to see, it's laying in the herbe and connecting the stars in words of endearment, it's... it's that welling in your chest toi feel when he's around. There's this surge of emotion that fills toi up from your head to your toes.
That is what l’amour is like.
