Anyone know what kind of bug is this?

Okay, so I took some pictures of this bug flying and buzzing around my room. Sorry the picture isn't better (my camera is very noisy, close up ou far away).

I'm not an expert on bugs :P I've been seeing them a lot as of late, around the afternoon.

I'll give a hommage to someone who gets it right.
