Go to the fanpop accueil page. Near the bottom on your right there is a box that says 'browse clubs' suivant to that it says 'create new club'. Just click on that.
toi go on the main page, scroll down all the way till you're almost at the bottom, there will be a box on the right that will say browse club, on the haut, retour au début right it will say create club then toi click on it
