its my boyfriend!!!!!

he a dit his cœur, coeur hurts and im worried.i dont know if its me ou if it is something wrong with his cœur, coeur heart.the one that keeps him alive.and i havent seen him at school ou anything so im guessing it has to do with his real heart,but idk.am i overreacting?(again)????????????
