If toi mean,leaving a club,you just go to the club part on your profil and press the plus clubs button.You'll see your clubs in a list.You chercher for the club toi wanna leave and click the unsubscribe button
If toi mean actually supprimer a club,I think the best way to do it is to rapporter it to the fanpop creators.

it's not actually an unsubscribe button it's an "x" on the haut, retour au début right corner of the club name. just hover your pointer over it and you'll see it.
