FAR into the future, when humans have expanded beyond their galaxy and rules most of the earth, a race of highly intelligent beings known as Nekokamunes, had their homeworld invaded and destroyed by their own machines, Humans were no longer caring that much for Earth, and so, they allowed the Nekokamunes to inhabit Earth, so the Nekokamunes gladly took the offer.

Nekokamune Society is split into 3 categories,

Outkasts, Kamunes and Others

Kamunes are the regular population of the Nekokamune race, these are the people that beleive in their God, Nekoka, and use magic, the towns, cities and Civilizations of the Nekokamune is looked after and ruled by the High Priest and Priests.

Outkasts are those that, instead of beleiving in Magic or the Nekoka god, use science and machines to advance their lives, the regular people of the Nekokamunes dislike these Outkasts, but the Nekokamune race is not one that abandons their people, whilst the Kamunes live in the big cities and towns, the Outkasts live in small little hubs built by the outkasts themselves outside of the big cities, and are allowed inside the Big Cities but only with permission from a residence INSIDE the cities.

Nekokamune's family line doesn't have last names, instead, their family line uses a specifiic phrase in their first name; take my main Nekokamune for example, Arcanine, his family name is Arcan, as you can tell from him and his sisters name, Arcanine and Arcananni. Arcanine's father is Arcoduke, the current High Priest, and his mother is Haanui, they combined the 'an' in 'Haan' and the 'Arc' in the father's name to create 'Arcan'

Each Nekokamune has their own special racial ability to themselves, no other Nekokamune will have this ability.

regular Nekokamunes can use Magic, whereas Outkasts cannot, as they do not believe in Nekoka, however they use Science and Machines in magic's stead.

some jobs of the Nekokamune society:

Priest Apprentice: someone learning from a Priest.

Interspieces Diplomat: the problem solvers of the City, if 2 or more Nekokamunes are having a fight they deal with it, this is a secondary job of alot of Nekokamunes.

Outkasts Keeper: a Nekokamune that makes sure Outkasts are not allowed inside the city without permission from a Residence, and if Outkasts cause a ruckus they are to deal with them, there can be 5 in total, with 1 as the leader.

1: a Nekokamune's racial ability is special ONLY to that Nekokamune, until that Nekokamune dies his/her ability cannot be on another Nekokamune.

2: Outkasts are not allowed inside the city without permission from a Residence, and the Residence must be WITH the Outkast, otherwise the ID(Interspieces Diplomat) will call the Keepers.

3: a Nekokamune's instincts are VERY powerful in taking over when a situation arises, for example: if a Nekokamune smells or sees a dog, their instincts will have a GREAT effect in kicking in, only a few Nekokamunes have been able to get over their Instincts, though this is not necessarily a good thing.

4: the Golden Bell in the middle of the city is only to be rung by the High Priest once a year, when it is time to speak to Nekoka.
