question about Prince and his fans??

I've read that Prince filled a lawsuit against 22 of his fans, claiming that they have posté video recordings of his concert performances without having the right to do it and asking 1 million $ from each.
He's right to be upset, piracy is wrong, a way to steal the artist's work.
What I'm asking is: do any of toi know something about his rules? I mean, is it wrong if we post pictures of him too? ou if we post vidéos that we find on youtube?
I'm just confused, I know I posté some pictures of him here, I don't know if I did wrong ou if this does not upset him...
I've noticed that his website (the one he opened last an with Screwdriver) is gone too. :(
How we, fans, can share and enjoy his amazing creation? what are we allowed to do and what we are not?

Please answer.

Most artist wouldn't bother with something small like a song ou two, but the whole concert can get toi in trouble, especially if its stated as a "must not do" for their concerts. Most of the pictures of Prince that are out on the web are not taken without the célébrités knowledge, so unless toi start stalking them like a paparazzi and taking pictures of him, I don't think there's anything to worry about. Always give credit to where ever toi find an images and to the video maker as well. That way they know the source and would know where to go to if there was a problem. I hope that helps a little bit. :)

thanks for answering :) I know about that thing, I never took video recordings at concerts, I've never been to a Prince concert anyway :(
