The story of how the howdy cœur, coeur girls are created starts in a town called Countyville (no realtions to townsville) and a girl who is sick of people going on about the powerpuff girls because she does everything good and she gets no reward but when the powerpuffs do good they get all the attentions.

so in class she doodles the HHGS and thinks to herself these girls will be better than those puffs.

meanwhile, HIM was bored and was spying across the world to find something good to do and then he looked over countryville and sees the girl a few minutes later it was hometime so Annie (the girl) went...

i hate my life i have nobody to talk to no one likes me just because i lie i should just stab myself already in the cœur, coeur where i hurt the most i just want my life to be over already someone stab me ou do something to make me not live on this earth i just hate the world now i just feel like dying right now i wish i was just dead for now so im going to be something im not to get me off this earth i hate my life the earth and most of all my Friends they all turn against me i try yesterday to think of ways to hurt myself y am i on this earth anyway god could of took me with him now he took my dear ones i really l’amour and i just want to be with them this is how i am and i cant change my way until im off today
