After placing first in the Gydos League, Ash returned to Pallet Town in Kanto.

"Yea, her. We know toi like her, I've seen toi two kiss. Take this, toi will need it." James said, as he tossed something to Ash.
" I THOUGHT toi THREE WERE CRAZY BEFORE! toi ROCKETS WANT ME TO MARRY HER?!? STAY OUT OF THE l’amour LIVES OF OTHER PEOPLE! " He a dit loudly.
"Yes, we feel bad for all the trouble we caused you, your friends, and Pokemon." Jessie said.
"One plus thing, are we invited?" Meowth asked.
"Yes, my new friends." Ash answered.

"Took toi long enough, a Slowpoke could win every League faster than you." I joked.
