as far as i know it's sauce that's brown that you normally put on stuff like pork pie

apparently it's also called steak sauce and is made from vinegar, fruit and spices and is meant for savory foods or to be added to soup or stew

I use a lot of BBQ sauce and a lot of ranch dressing... =P

Oh no we have hp sauce sorry, thats what we call it, is HP sauce and it is quite good on lots of stuff, actually my cousin puts it on everything I find it quite disgusting because he will put it in his soup, when I say everything I mean everything....
