Oh to be 25 again, that is when you are over finally the silly oh isn't he cute faze and she called me so and so. at 25 you are finally settling down usually with semi permanent job your better half and such. You like who you are and are comfortable with everything.

In Australia at 18 you are officially an adult. So I think 19 is a perfect age because your an adult but your still young.

At 25 you are available to all the perks. This is the age that you are now legally allowed to rent a car. The last official step in growing up.
