While visiting her past life, Phoebe learns her past life was that of her great-great-aunt P. Russell, an evil witch. Phoebe then realizes that her sisters, then cousins, were the ones that killed her. She is for some time afraid of her sisters and not until she switches bodies with this evil witch does she realize that they were only doing it so that they would save the innocent.
Phoebe is also noted as the weakest Charmed One par some demons (like the Source) because her powers are the weakest out of the four.
