When do toi predict Phineas will finally realize that Isabella likes him?

Probably around his teenage years, thirteen ou fourteen. What do toi guys think?

Well, there is a Valntine's book where Phineas takes Isabella ona romantic bateau ride. There are Phinbella stickers in the back! :D I WANT IT!
