While I fanatically swam I could see that the ocean was churning and circling around the spot where my mother had disappeared. Waves splashed at my face while I tried to find my mom. The water was deep now, so deep I could hardly stand, so I went under. The surprising thing was that I could see, I always thought that if I opened my eyes under water they would sting from the salt. I came up with this story and I hope toi like it. I am a huge fan of mythology, especially Greek mythology. I am also a fan of the Percy Jackson and the Olympian books. I thought I would try to write something along the lines of the books. So I hope toi like it, please post commentaires and give suggestions!

When my adjusted, I saw at last 20 kids sitting on their sleeping bags. They had sad expressions on their faces like than were so unloved. A boy (ew) about 17 stepped forward.

"Hi. My name is Luke," he said. He had sandy blonde hair. He smiled. I loathed it when boys tried to get me to like them because it was never going to happen. And I mean never. I would be content if I never got married.

"Hi," I forced myself to say.

"You must be Artemisia. Annabeth told me about you," Luke said. Great. I thought I could maybe trust Annabeth. Well not...

Time slowed down after Kronos jumped back. My eyes looked around, Michael floated in the air in mid jump, Nico was in the middle of shadow travel, and Annabeth had her Yankees hat in her hand. "Hehehe," Kronos laughed and walked casually forward, "I think I should just kill toi all now." He scratched his chin with the tip of his scythe, "But...where's the fun in that?" Time went back to normal. Michael flew through the air in the opposite direction after getting side-kicked in the chest.
