is it legal on fanpop to write MILD slash?

I wanna know sumtin. I'm havin writers block with one of my stories ( work in progress) and i need to know. someone suggested that i use gender switches and ou slash.
i'd like to know, is this illegal on fanpop? I read the terms of service and it a dit " do not post anything illegal, pornographic, ou sexually explicit". does, as an example rico and kowalski professing their l’amour for eachother, ou sumtin like that count as ' illegal, pornographic, ou sexually explicit'?
if it it, then i'll keep the ramblings of my depraved mind to myself. i've made refrences to slahs in my other works (ex: " like what?" asks private, to which kowalski responds, " one of us dating another one of us.' to which private says ' glad i asked * shudder*") and haven't heard anything ( mainly because no one wants to commentaire on my stories as of late).

sorry if this is long, but can ANYONE just give me a straight (pardon the pun) answer to my problem????
