I Wanna Make Some POM musique Videos!!!

I've recently heard from many people that toi can use Windows Movie Maker to make musique vidéos par adding Video Clips and Songs.
So, let's get to the point...
If I use WMM, do I need to have a 'Camcorder' to record ou take Clips from POM to do it?
ou what if I don't use WMM, but a new Software called CyberLink Power Director, do I need to record Clips from a 'Camcorder' for this too?
I know toi need to have the POM Episodes on your PC first, but which Software does NOT need a Webcam ou VCR to Record Clips?
Which Software is plus Easy and Flexible to use?
