The last we saw of him was him getting carried away par the red falcon!

Although, I haven't seen Littlefoot, ou Smotherly Love, yet...

He's been near to death twice before- once when he was eaten par Kitka, and again in 'Time Out'. When time froze, he was about to get run over par Alice's zoo cart. Thankfully, all that bubble gum must have stopped the chariot, panier from going any further.
