If the penguins were seasons, who would be which season and why?

Private: Spring. Everything's blossoming the brightest of colors, soft winds and rains for plenty of rainbows. Making wishes with dandelions... When I think of spring, I think 'soft and fluffy'.

Rico: Summer. Hot days, barbeque pits, evening time bonfires and parties. Firecrackers and cheery bombs. Bright reds and oranges. When I think of summer, I think 'fire' and I think that is sooo Rico.

Kowalski: Autumn. glacière days, changing trees, neutral couleurs and that wonderful smell in the air. The in-between of summer and winter. It's a time of transition and change and I think that's what science is all about.

Skipper: Winter. Cold and sometimes just a pain. The first snowfall is so fun to play with, but such a hassle to dig your car out of. Comforting around a fireplace. The best kinds of food. Just like winter, Skipper can be just as icy with his demeanor, unforgiving like freezing the pipes, but just as loveable as snowball fight.

Here in the Philippines, we only experience two seasons which are the sunny and the rainy seasons (count Marco Sison?) since it is a tropical country.

For that, I may not know much about the other seasons but I might as well give it a shot:

For my country's seasons:

Sunny season: Private and Rico, 'cause they often tend to be cheerful, optimistic and warm to others, like the warm rays of the sun touching one's skin. Also, Rico prefers explosions which are hot and, well, exploding like the sun. Private is the friendliest of the bunch so he is the sunniest.

Rainy season: Skipper and Kowalski, 'cause they are serious, sometimes gloomy, but they manage to keep themselves cool all the time. Skipper has a raving paranoia that is like a grey nuage above his head, while Kowalski is very intense and serious with his work and inventions. But no matter how dark they sound, they are still the coolest to their fans, like the refreshing feel of rainwater.

As for the four seasons:

Winter: Skipper, cold, hard-headed, stubborn at times but as giddy as a snowman. He may be a bit bossy, but when it comes to comfort and joy, he is as warm as a hot chocolat drink in a cup and as joyful as Santa Claus.

Spring: Private, young, playful, and mind as colorful as the fleurs in bloom. The kindest of the penguins, friendly as the herbe that lets the blowing air touch them, as gentle as a papillon but he "stings like a bee."

Summer: Rico, explosive like the pricking heat of the sun, free like a school summer vacation, and as fun as a late night summer party. He is kind of dangerous to some but he sure knows how to have fun.

Fall: Kowalski, mature, emotional, nostalgic as when he looks at Doris' picture, yet bright as students preparing themselves for school again. He is rather the most emotionally intense of the penguins as stated in the Madagascar Wikia, like leaves falling from the trees but he is as smart and rather wise as the trees that made those leaves.

Wow... Really??..... I must say... I suppose I can go with Summer... In my own p.o.v. I adore Spring. It's the season for new beginning and new life and...I'll shut up now.....

I say Private is obviously spring. So wonderful and full of life!

Kowalski would be an autumn. Sorta makes things serious, but not as much as Wintertime.

Rico would soooo be Summer. He's fun that way.

I can't tell what Skipper is. He could be everything but Spring!(I don't think Skipper's a fleur child XD) He can be mysterious and cold sometimes to be Winter. But he's not that cold, so he could be an autumn...He could also be a summer! He's awesome like that!

So...Skipper's a mixture. Depends on his mooooood. XD

Kowalski: Fall because everything's calm and settling in the season and it's when school starts. HOLLER!

Private: Winter because he's so freaking small and cuddly and during winter, people usually group together and express their feelings. People are always really happy and generous.

Rico: Summer because it's hot. Hot=ignition. Ignition=KABOOM!!!

Skipper: I don't know if I can do this, but also winter. In winter, it's really cold and brutal... perfect training season! XD

I gotta go with everyone else on this.

Private: Spring (duh–what else can he be? Spring is beautiful, pretty, full of new beginnings, young, and pastel couleurs like pale rose and yellow. It's naive and innocent and cute. Everybody loves Spring)

Rico: Summer (obvious. It's full of wild and the hottest and funnest time of the year! It's the time when toi let yourself loose and just burst like a firework! It's so loud, toi can't hear yourself screaming!)

Kowalski: Autumn (Just cuz. Cool and beautiful. Full of new wonderings and contemplation. Time for memories. And randomness. And leaves.)

Skipper: Winter (the best I can think of. He's got that beat. Cool and smooth like ice. But toi don't want to miss this season, ever. toi know you'll say cozy during this time. Not only that, but winter is dangerous, like Skipper. Snowstorms, blizzards, slippery sidewalks and streets–everyone is on alert!)

Skipper: Winter - because of his combat and actions. We also know that snow falls out quickly from the sky every time this season happens. It is like Skipper doing a single combat action one par one quickly.

Private: Spring - because of his attitude. He is always fresh and green and nice. As we can say, spring is the most beautiful season for most people.

Kowalski: Autumn - because of his original ideas. Every time a leaf falls, it is like an idea popped out on Kowalski. Every single time.

Rico: Summer - because he is blazing with dynamite. He always regurgitates something hot and explosive and dangerous. As we can say, summer is fun and slightly dangerous.

Private: Sping. Like almost everyone else, I think Spring is the season for life and happiness. It's colorful, magical and just perfect.

Rico: Summer. Also like everyone else, Summer is hot, like explosions. It's Summer here now, and it can be quite hot. Summer is not the time for campfires.

Skipper: Winter, is a season that is cold and bitter, even here, where it gets really hot. Skipper is sometimes very cold and bitter, just like Winter.

Kowalski: Autumn. Autumn is where evrything changes and I think Kowalski is a changer, when it comes to his moods. One minute, he's all serious and boring, and the suivant minute, he's making everyone laugh their guts out. (not that he's SUPER boring)
