Valentine's jour had finally arrived. Everett still had nothing special for Una. He felt ashamed of himself. A part of him wanted to tell Una that he was sick but lying to her wouldn't solve his problem. He had to tell her the truth. He proceeded to get ready, and he went to Una's house. He a dit to himself, "She's going to be so disappointed. What if she decides to break up with me?" He then said, "It's a risk you'll have to take, Everett. Honesty is the best policy." He then rang the doorbell.
Una had just finished getting ready when she heard the doorbell ring. She said, "I'll get it." She proceeded to answer the door. She said, "Hi, Everett." He said, "Hi, Una. toi look beautiful." She said, "Thanks. toi look handsome." He said, "Thanks." He tried to hide how sad he was, but Una saw right through it. She asked, "Are toi okay? What's wrong?" He said, "I let toi down. I wasn't able to get toi a special gift ou reserve a table, tableau at a nice restaurant. I tried, but it was a dead end. I'm sorry, Una. I'm so sorry. I know toi must be disappointed." She said, "Everett, toi didn't let me down. I'm not disappointed in you. I l’amour you, and I will be happy anywhere, as long as I'm with you." He said, "Really? toi mean it?" She said, "You bet I do. toi were very sweet to try to do something special." This made Everett feel better. He asked, "What do we do now?" Una said, "Well, there's a romantic movie that's available for streaming tonight." He said, "That sounds great." She said, "We could order pizza for dinner, and for dessert, we could have my favori chocolates. My aunt sent them to me." Everett said, "I like the sound of that. This Valentine's jour is going to be special after all."
