Hi, everyone. Antonia here, and I decided to do an article about questions I'm frequently asked about my dog, River. For those of toi who don't know, I have two dogs: River and Roscoe. I will do one on Roscoe, too. Let's get started.
1. Q: What kind of dog is River?
A: She is a purebred Siberian Husky.
2. Q: How old is River?
A: She is two years old. Her birthday is April 6.
3. Q: Is she blind in one eye?
A: No. River can see just fine out of both eyes. Most people think that Huskies can only have blue eyes, but this is not true. Huskies can have a variety of different eye colors. The most common are blue, brown, and one of each like River. The proper term is heterochromia. It's just common in Huskies.
4. Q: Is River a wolf, ou does she have loup in her?
A: No, River is not a wolf, and she doesn't have loup in her. She is one hundred percent Siberian Husky, which is a breed of domestic dog.
5. Q: Was River hard to train?
A: Not really. She's very intelligent, and while she is opinionated, she wasn't particularly hard to train like my Staffy, Roxy, was.
6. Q: What is River's favori food?
A: River seems to like cacahuète, arachide beurre the best.
7. Q: How do toi know that River is a Husky and NOT a Malamute?
A: First of all, River is way too small to be a Malamute. Malamutes are much bigger than Huskies. Second, she has two different colored eyes, which is not a Malamute trait. Third, River's tail does curl, but it doesn't completely go over the back, and it resembles a sickle rather than a waving plume. Finally, I had a DNA test done on her that a dit she is one hundred percent Husky.
8. Q: Why isn't River as big as Roscoe?
A: That's because River is a full-blooded Husky. She doesn't have German Shepherd in her like Roscoe does. Huskies aren't supposed to be as big as Roscoe.
9. Q: Why doesn't River bark?
A: Barking is not much of a Husky thing. Huskies usually howl rather than bark.
10. Q: Does River like the snow?
A: Of course she does! She's a Husky, after all.
There toi have it. I will do Roscoe's, too. I know toi all are looking vers l'avant, vers l’avant to lire about him.
Peace and love,
-Antonia

Shortly after the incident, the members of The Devil Wants Peace were interviewed. The interviewer asked, "John, is it true that toi overcame your fear of water before toi saved Allen?" John replied, "It's true." The interviewer asked, "Is it true that the rest of toi were surprised when John swam so quickly?" Stan said, "Yes. I knew that his girlfriend, Caryn, taught him how to swim, but I didn't know she taught him to swim so well." Peter said, "I was impressed at how Rebelle he was, too." Allen said, "Yeah. I'll never forget what he did for me." John said, "Thank Caryn. She's the one who taught me how to swim." Caryn saw the interview on the news, and she was very touched. Later, John a dit to Caryn, "Thank toi for everything toi did for me this summer." She said, "You're welcome." He said, "Your l’amour for me is what motivated toi to help me, and in the end, I was able to help my mates. l’amour conquers fear. I truly believe that."

During the 4th of July celebration in Oak Ridge, the members of New Religion decided to take Klondike out with them to get him used to noise and crowds. Lots of people stopped them and asked to pet Klondike. He was very happy getting petted. One person said, "He's a beautiful dog. What kind of dog is he?" Erin said, "He is a traverser, croix between a German Shepherd and a Siberian Husky." Another person asked, "How old is he?" Paul replied, "He will be three months old later this month." Klondike enjoyed all the attention he was getting. He didn't seem to mind the noises during the parade. That night, he wasn't even bothered par the fireworks. Carl said, "I think he's mascot material. He doesn't have a problem with crowds ou noises." Lola said, "Yeah. He will do well when he starts touring with us." The members of New Religion knew that they got the perfect dog to be their new mascot when Fritz retires. Klondike will have big shoes to fill, but he'll certainly fill them.
