One day, Erin did not wake up when her alarm went off. Her aunt came into her bedroom to check on her. Erin was awake, but she was shivering. She a dit to her aunt, "I don't feel well at all." Her aunt said, "You sound like you're stuffed up." Erin was feverish. Her aunt said, "I think toi need to see a doctor." The doctor diagnosed it as sinusitis. It was probably a result of her allergies to ragweed pollen. Ragweed had been in bloom, and its pollen was spreading about the area. Erin's doctor told her to get plenty of rest and take some medication for her symptoms. Later that day, her friends, Allie and Paul, came over to make sure she was okay. Erin smiled when she saw her friends. Allie said, "We missed toi at school today." Erin said, "I missed toi guys, too." Paul said, "We didn't have anyone to sass the populaire girls with us." Erin smiled. Allie said, "I really hope toi feel better soon." Paul said, "I hope so, too." Erin said, "Don't worry; I'll be okay. I'm sure I'll be better soon." Paul said, "I think we'll go now. toi need your rest." She feel asleep after they left. Within a few days, Erin started feeling better. She soon made a complete recovery and caught up with her school work. Once again, Erin and her Friends were sassing the populaire girls.

Summer Vacation has been great so far. While I've been enjoying school plus since I've gained a couple of friends, it's nice to have a break from it. I also received some exciting news. On July 9, I am going to be in Chicago to see The Devil Wants Peace in concert! I was so excited when my uncle told me he was able to afford the tickets. I later told my friend, Michael, "You should have seen me when my uncle told me the good news. I was jumping up and down, crying tears of joy." Normally, I'm not that excitable, but The Devil Wants Peace is one of my favori bands. Since I was six, I dreamed of seeing them live, and now, I can stop dreaming. This dream is becoming a reality. I don't know if I'll be lucky enough to meet them, but the fact that I'm lucky enough to see them is great.
