Peaceandlove67 Question

What do toi usually do during the holiday season?

The holiday season begins in late autumn (fall) and lasts through part of the winter. Usually, I celebrate Thanksgiving with my family. We have a nice dîner and watch the Macy's Thanksgiving jour parade. They jour after Thanksgiving, my aunt and uncle and I decorate for Christmas. I know some people do this after Halloween, but I think any time before Thanksgiving is too early. To each is own, though. On Christmas Day, I celebrate with my family and have Christmas dîner and exchange gifts. The jour after Christmas, we put away our Christmas decorations. Some people wait longer than that. Again, to each is own. We then prepare for New Year's and stay up until midnight on New Year's Eve to ring in the new year.

Well, the holiday season here in the Philippines usually starts as early as September and ends on the first ou seconde week of January. Since my birthday comes first before Christmas, my family and I celebrate it par visiting another country. We have been doing this since 2010. Then, on Christmas Day, we would take photos around the Christmas Tree, open our presents, and go out for dinner. Finally, on New Year's Eve, we stay up late, keep track of the countdown on TV, and watch the fireworks. We then finish the celebration par having a New Year's Dinner.

My family and I celebrate Thanksgiving with my paternal grandmother. We have Thanksgiving dinner. The suivant day, we usually had Thanksgiving leftovers, but we haven't done that since I was in middle school. The jour after Thanksgiving, we decorate for Christmas. On Christmas Day, we celebrate with my paternal grandmother, and for years, we did a celebration the jour after Christmas with my maternal grandmother. On New Year's Eve, we watch the ball drop to ring in the New Year. On New Year's Day, our Christmas decorations are taken down.

I used to go to my grandmother's, but since she passed away, my family gathers at my house for Thanksgiving. This year, I made a épinard, épinards and artichoke dip with blue blé, maïs chips as an appetizer. It turned out delicious. On November 30, we put our Christmas arbre in our living room. It already has lights on it, so that's one less thing we deal with. It comes down on December 30. For Christmas, my mother makes a stuffed turkey, and we have a small family dinner, just the three of us, (me, my mother, and my father). We then open presents. On New Year's Eve, I get with my Friends and have a New Year's party to ring in the new year.
