i think is lucas and haley beacuse they show less storylines and underrated the charaters had least fans and people hated on them

Are you kidding me? There is no logical response that could back up Breyton being underrated and having less air time than Laley. I loved both friendships and I hate how neither friendship has been on the show for over 2 seasons. I do think that more people believe Laley's friendship was more genuine than Breyton's but Breyton's friendship dealt with more drama which means more airtime and more response from the audience. Laley were pretty much set-in-stone during the early seasons and their hardships were minimal and they spent more time helping each other than hurting OR being angry at the other.Lucas and Haley had a very close bond that resembled a sibling friendship whereas Brooke&Peyton,both girls,who were interested in the same guy for a long time and still were dealing with becoming their own individual. If you think about it what storyline over the 6 seasons has been primarily between Lucas and Haley? NONE...not a single one. Brooke & Peyton had several where they played major roles in.

Also, Laley is not underrated. They're one of the most popular OTH friendships. The difference between them and Breyton was that they fought less. Obviously Laley being a male/female friendship kept them from having having Breyton's drama.
