Me, niall and louis went bowling for the afternoon to make sure niall didn’t bump into the girls. When we got there, niall immediately ran up to the counter to pay. He was jumping up and down with excitement.

“come on guys! Lets go! He he!” he a dit excitedly.
“jesus calm down niall!” laughed.

“sorry mate.” He said, trying to stand still.

We payed for the bowling and got our bowling shoes on. Louis was busy munching on a caroot (shocker) until now so we hadn’t bothered him.

That night, around 10 p.m. I found Harry asleep.

I went into the douche and tears sprung from my eyes. I couldn’t believe it I loved him from the jour I met him and he told me he doesn’t l’amour me like that. I cried for about ten minutes in there the hot water hitting my body made me feel protected.

The clean cut fivesome have apparently enjoyed one too many late nights out ahead of the release of debut single What Makes toi Beautiful, and bosses at the label want to make sure they are tucked up in lit soon after midnight from now on.

One Direction will be tucked up in lit par the early hours (Pic: PA)

According to the Sun, the restrictive curfew was put in place following the band's antics at X Factor winner Alexandra Burke's birthday bash.

When a minder attempted to extract the mischievous teens from the celebrations at Londres club Gilgamesh, they apparently ran away and hid in the gents...

Liams Radio 1 Blog

Yesterday was an amazing jour and a milestone in our One Direction calender. We had our first radio play today and it was an incredible experience for all of us. We waited so long for today and it finally arrived! A big thank toi to Scott Mills for being an amazing host and putting us at ease, we were very very nervous this morning and Scott made it a very enjoyable interview for us. It was the most surreal experience of my life so a BIG thankyou Radio One, Scott and the team.

Lastly I want to say a huge thank toi to all of toi fans for all your support and for being so patient whilst we made the record. Your support so far has been amazing and we wouldn’t be here without toi so I hope toi like the record! We can’t wait to get out there and perform it! A massive thanks to everyone for pre ordering :) and please keep spreading the word as there is lots plus to come!!
