Drews POV:
I arrived at my apartment around 4 am.It was still dark,and I knew the cab driver was tired so I thanked him.
I walked through the puddles in my military boots and went up the stairs with my luggage.I put on a smile,as I unlocked the door.I was eager to see Amber again.
Weird,The doorknob was loose.I went inside and tip toed to the bedroom expecting her to be there.When I seen that no one was around,I flopped down on my lit and hung my head.
"I knew it.."I mumbled.
I got back up and trailed to the bathroom.I widen my eyes,realizing the door was locked and the light was on.
"Amber?"I whispered.Instantly,I grabbed hold of the door job."Amber!"I yelled then slamming my body against the door popping it open.I felt shocked as I seen she laid bare in the tub asleep.I rushed over to her and shook her.Her nose was barely above the water.
"Wake up,Amber,"I demanded.
Lucky,Her eyes opened and she snapped back.
"Drew?"she smiled unaware of where she was."Oh crap!"she yelled.Pulling the curtain to cover herself.
"Get out!"she hit me.
I laughed,"I did just save you."
"Well toi can save me with yours eyes closed!"she whined.
"Still the same I see."I joked then standing up and turning around.
"What does that mean?Don't make fun of me!"she shouted.
"I didn't mean it like that."I chuckled.
"Sure toi didn't."she snapped then slamming the door.
"I missed you."I told her through the door.
"I missed toi too but not that much."she opened the door with a towel wrapped around her.
"I would hug toi but I'm half naked."she smiled at me.
"So."I smirked.
"You joke to much."she turned to the bedroom and took a siège on the bed.I couldn't help to notice her leg sticking out,exposing her hip.Drew she's engaged.To a douche bag,who lied to her.Maybe its okay to look.
I caught a glance at her chest and I nearly fainted.
I tried to control myself,but I couldn't.I kept my eyes busy as I looked for her something.I didn't want to make it awkward between us.
I pulled out an old T chemise and a pair of pajama pants for me along with another t-shirt and softie shorts for her.I turned around but I bumped into her and she fell back on the bed.
She laughed,unaware that a major amount of her cleavage showing.I blushed as red as a tomato,She giggled and got back up.
"You must have worked out while toi were out there.You just knocked me off my feet."
I tried not to stare,so I gave her the clothes.With my clothes,I went to the bathroom and undressed.I looked at myself in the mirror.
Well,Damn.I look good.
I wasn't all Mr.big ego through,I was a sucker when it came to Amber.I stretched my arms out and flex them,making funny faces in the mirror.I ran my fingers through my hair making it look messy but in a good way.I smirked at my self,I looked like a bad ass.Speaking of my ass,I turned and looked at it.How toi doing Ass?
Okay,So what?I'm a dork.
Don't judge me,don't act like toi never did something like that.
I put on my pants and I picked up my chemise to put it on but I dropped it.And to my luck,I dropped in the bath tub.
I shrugged it off and took a step.Bam!
I rubbed my forehead.There's a door there,said the inner voice in me.
"Dumb ass,You have to open the door first."I heard Ambers voice coming from the living room.
I chuckled and opened the door.She sat on the canapé with a small tub of ice cream I brought on the way home.
"I missed you."I smiled then flopping down beside her.
Instinctively,she put her head on my shoulder and I put my arm around her,hugging her tightly.
"I missed toi to,but need I remind you,your stronger now and I'm still petite and weak."
"Oh,"I loosed up on her and just put my arm over her shoulder.
"So what are toi going to do?"I asked.
"I really don't know.."She a dit taking at the floor.
I lifted her chin and had her look at me.
"You're welcome to stay here as long as toi need."I offered.
"Thanks."she a dit then picking up a spoon of ice cream.
I opened my mouth expecting her to give me a bite,but she guided the spoon into her mouth.I frowned and poured.
"You want some?"
I nodded and smiled at her.
"Go get yours."She teased.
She picked up a spoon full and attempted to put it in her mouth but I grabbed the spoon from her.She fought with me for it but of course I won.As I lead it to my mouth,she quickly hit from my hand and It landed right between my pants and my stomach.
"Really?"I looked at Amber,who had a smug smirk on her face.
She took a finger and ran it across my abs,collecting the mint ice cream and licking it off.She sent chills up my back causing me to twitch once,luckily she hadn't seen that.
She just didn't know what she was doing to me.
I tried to control myself and I back to the room to change my pants.I looked in my suitcase and grabbed a pair of gray sweats.
Shortly,I returned to the living room to find Amber asleep on the couch.She snored lightly,so I chuckled.I went over to her side and lifted her off the couch.She put her head on my shoulder and looked so cute.She snuggled into my bare chest,as I carried her to the bedroom in a bridal style.
I put her down with her head on the pillow,I pulled a blanket out my suitcase and covered her.I took a siège suivant her and gazed at her for a minute.She was so beautiful.Her hair laid freely around her,and her red soft lips reflected the lamps light,her eyelashes without a touch of make up curved upward,complimenting her light thin eyebrows.And her nose?She had such a cute nose,her nostrils formed an infinite sign together,and freckles crossed it leading on to her rosed cheeks.
She look so peaceful in her sleep,and so kissable.It was incredibly hard to control myself.
I lifted feet up and leaned over to Kiss her on the cheek.
"Goodnight sweetheart,"I whispered and sat back up.
Just as I lifted up I felt her grab my hand preventing me from leaving.
"Don't leave,I need you."I heard her whisper.
Those words reminded me of when I left to go to Afghanistan.Those words were exactly what she a dit before I headed on that plane.
"Okay,I'm here."I a dit then laying beside her,I pulled the cover over me and I put my arm around her.She buried her head in my chest,and put her hands on me.
"Amber.."I whispered.
"hmm?"
"I l’amour you."
She sighed,
"I l’amour toi to."
