Odette Yustman was born in Los Angeles, California. According to the actress, her mother, Lydia, is Cuban, and her father, Victor Yustman, who is of Italian and French descent, was born in Bogota, Colombia and raised in Nicaragua.[1][2] Yustman is fluent in Spanish.[3]
Yustman graduated from Woodcrest High School in Riverside, California. Originally after graduating, she planned on getting a degree in business finance at Loyola Marymount université before she decided to pursue a career in acting.
